Cancellation -- All standard rate bookings must be cancelled 48 hours prior to the day of arrival. If a reservation is cancelled after this, a cancellation fee equal to the first night of your stay will be charged. All advanced purchase rates are non-refundable. Cancellations can only be made by using the cancellation link on your confirmation email or phoning the property directly.

Parking -- There is on-site parking available at the property.

Smoking / Room Damage -- All of our rooms are non-smoking so please use our designated smoking areas when staying at the property. If evidence of smoking in your room is found (ashes, butts, smell of smoke, etc.), a €150 fine will be charged. Any other damages (property damage, soiled mattresses, etc.) may result in a larger fine upon inspection of the room.

Check-out time: 12.00pm

Late check-out at 2pm can be added for an additional €20. If this is not requested during your stay this charge will automatically be added to your account.
